Why We Exist
The Hard Way isn't about following a fitness guru or influencer.
Simon isn't a qualified personal trainer. He's a husband, a father and a business owner who made the decision to change his life, immersed himself in learning, and spent years putting those lessons into practice.
Everything you'll find here is built on experience, not theory.
Whether it's The Hard Way book, a one-to-one conversation with Simon, or the resources we continue to create, our goal is simple: to share the principles that helped build a stronger body, a healthier lifestyle and a more disciplined mindset.
We don't promise shortcuts.
We don't sell quick fixes.
We simply believe that consistency, discipline and showing up—even when you don't feel like it—will take you further than motivation ever will.
You don't have to copy Simon's journey.
You just have to commit to your own.
A premium 200 page guide to The Hard Way.
Forget the gimmicks. Forget the shortcuts.
The Hard Way isn't another fitness programme promising life-changing results in 12 weeks. It's the story of one man's journey from bootcamp sessions and injury to building a lifestyle around consistency, discipline and showing up—day after day.
Inside, Simon shares the lessons he's learned over years of balancing business ownership, family life and fitness. From training and nutrition to mindset, routines and recovery, this isn't about chasing perfection—it's about building habits that last.
Simon isn't a qualified personal trainer, and he doesn't claim to have all the answers. He's simply sharing what has worked for him, in the hope it helps someone else build a stronger body, a healthier lifestyle and a more disciplined mindset.
If you're willing to put in the work, this book will show you why the hard way is often the most rewarding way.
I'm Simon.
I'm 43 years old, a husband, a dad, and I've been running my own business for over 14 years. I know what it's like to juggle work, family and the pressures of everyday life while trying to stay healthy and fit.
I haven't lived in a gym, and I don't have endless hours to train. What I've learned is that consistency beats perfection every time. The Hard Way is simply my way of sharing the habits, routines and lessons that have helped me transform my body while balancing everything else life throws at me.
If I can do it alongside running a business and raising a family, I believe you can too.
